Graphic design and images have the power to make us feel better, to guide us, to help us appreciate a publication, a product or an idea, but they can also make our lives easier and more surprising.
Each project presented here tells a story. And together these stories make up a journey. This journey is about Stefano Domizi’s experiences as a freelancer and as the co-owner, along with Mauro Carichini, of the Limbo studio, from 1997 al 2010.
These are the stories of people, of companies and of products: they are told in a visual language that is simple, direct and honest. They are based on the wishes of the client regarding such issues as image, commercial and communication objectives, style, recognisability, identity, deadlines and budget. They were developed by harnessing the creativity of copywriters, programmers, illustrators, stylists and photographers. These stories are about transforming – with a mixture of technique, passion and ideas – the objectives and strategies of the client into visual stories, but with that little extra something that is essential for a happy ending.
